Refund policy

*Personalised items are non refundable/returnable

We do not accept returns on unwanted products. 
Due to sanitary reasons any cosmetic product may not be returned unless faulty and not able to perform for the purpose of the product. 
We are not responsible for items packaging fault unless the internal product is effected. 
If you receive a damaged/faulty item you must notify us in 7 days. Proof of purchase is required when returning items.
